Our Events

Honest and open conversations to enable shared learning of equality, diversity, inclusion and related topics

We run regular events on a range of topics relating to equality, diversity and inclusion. This includes smaller breakfast events that focus on a challenge a particular industry may be facing and larger events which include panel discussions and a networking opportunity.

As we all know, the path to creating diverse and inclusive organisations and cultures is not all positive, but many of the individuals that we have met internationally have strengthened our belief that organisational cultures of the future will or certainly can be better, more productive and more commercially successful through inclusivity.

Since In Diverse Company launched, we have had the pleasure of meeting some of the most inspiring influencers across the ED&I space – passionate about working collaboratively to create inclusive cultures for all. We set up our events programme to share some of these truly inspirational stories and provide evidence of the power of inclusion within the workplace, as well as a networking opportunity, talking through issues and challenges and creating a community for those working along a ED&I journey.

What we’re talking about

Johanna launched In Diverse Company in 2019 out of a strong belief that there was a better way to create and measure inclusive cultures.

We live by our values, and our approach to our own recruitment policy, team and purpose reflects this. We are a tech company driven by a senior team that are experts in people, with one of the only female CEOs of a HR tech platform across the world.

Our Learning Platform, Include™ is the only LXP that combines Learning and Engagement. Include aims to create more inclusive working cultures and is underpinned by social and behavioural psychology principles.
