Organisational Change Programmes

Our experience in facilitating organisational change programmes shows that culture change is more likely to happen when every individual engages in making the change happen. We create organisational wide change programmes which suit our clients’ business needs. Our programmes are based on behavioural psychology and research; they are designed to foster collaboration and are focused on driving small, consistent and meaningful behaviour change. Programmes are differentiated across levels from employees to senior managers to ensure their relevance. 

Policy and process review

We work with our clients to take a deep dive in reviewing current policies and processes to ensure that they take ED&I into account. Our Culture Audit provides an audit of all of an organisation’s policies and processes. Each of these is scored and recommendations are provided on what steps to take next. We’ve worked with global clients in reviewing, adapting and implementing policies and processes that drive systems change. Through doing this we can create more inclusive workplaces for all.

Bespoke Consultancy

Our international team has extensive experience partnering with leading global businesses, utilising technology and data to drive their decision making around diversity and inclusion that directly improves performance. We spend time understanding the needs of our clients and suggest bespoke solutions that meet their ED&I needs. This can include 1:1 coaching for leaders, conflict resolution, a piece of internal or external research, facilitating a senior leadership session or creating a bespoke programme for your organisation.
