Job vacancy - ED&I Consultant - UK

Overview of position:

We are looking to recruit an ED&I Consultant who has a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) and for supporting organisations to foster more inclusive workplaces. We are looking to recruit an ED&I Consultant who has a background in Psychology, Leadership Development or ED&I and is passionate about supporting organisations to foster more inclusive workplaces. This role will be involved in client delivery and product development and will work closely with our global learning content and data teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client delivery – this includes but is not limited to delivery of focus groups, learning content delivery, and some content development (both online and offline), as well as consulting with clients to help them understand how to progress their ED&I agendas
  • Support the development of our psychometric/s and psychology-based products and services
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research and thought leadership in the areas of equity, diversity, inclusion, leadership, and wellbeing and disseminating this across our teams as well as using this to help inform some of our content ideas and approach
  • Contribute to thought leadership pieces and IDC social content

Person specification:

  • A clear understanding of and interest in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Experience in HR / leadership within an academic or work environment
  • The ability to work within a start-up environment, support the wider and geographically spread and multifunctional team
  • Ability to develop great relationships with global clients
  • Effective at using O365 to analyse, communicate and present key information from a number of sources and produce engaging and informative presentations/ sharing of ideas both with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent writing and speaking communication skills

We are looking particularly for expertise and experience in the following areas:

  • HR
  • Occupational psychology
  • Equity, Diversity and inclusion

Desirable

  • Experience in (preferably global) organisations where you have been involved in their research and/or D&I agenda
  • Experience of working with globally dispersed teams
  • Experience of working with external clients and undertaking business development
  • This role would suit a recent graduate with some working experience.
