The Business Case for creating inclusive, engaged and productive workplaces
A recent report highlights that women now hold 23% of senior leadership roles in India’s information technology sector, up from 18.7% in 2023 (The Economic Times). This shift is part of a broader trend of businesses recognizing the strategic value of diversity. However, there is still considerable work to be done to ensure all employees are equally represented and supported across all levels. To continue this momentum, leaders must recognize that inclusion is not just an ethical imperative, but also a strategic driver of business success.

Industry experts joined us to bring forward real-world case studies and practical examples that highlighted how businesses have gained tangible benefits from a consistent and authentic commitment to inclusion in all forms.
