Stephen Dixon-Mould


Stephen is a CIPD Chartered Fellow Executive Coach, People Officer & Senior HR Director. He’s an expert in fostering an engaging employee experience with rewarding, results-oriented cultures that drive global business capability and objectives.

His key strengths include cultivating strong relationships with senior leadership, board members and third parties to rapidly build buy-in for innovative people strategy and solutions; spearheading change and transformation to continually improve people, processes and systems; promoting a focus on strategic workforce planning, employee experience and equality, diversity and inclusion to establish highly credible organisations; and combining broad experience with strong business literacy to balance competing EDI, people and commercial priorities whilst navigating complex challenges and accelerating growth in a diverse world.
