Arifa comes to IDC with a strong educational and professional background. An MSc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Kent equipped Arifa with contemporary and upcoming perspectives on managing organisations and people processes within organisations. Her professional experience expands internationally, where she had been a part of piloting Pakistan’s first in-house HRMS ‘Decibel’. Arifa then worked for a 14,000+ people conglomerate in Kuwait where she gained valuable experience in strategically mobilising Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Culture change in diverse business clusters including F&B, Automotives, Engineering, Retail and Corporate.
Arifa then embarked on a PhD in Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Kent which further equipped her with in-depth knowledge of Management, Leadership, Organisational Cultures, Wellbeing and Engagement powered through the lens of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Arifa brings this knowledge and experience to IDC to make a meaningful and sustained impact within organisations with positive psychology and change at the heart of everything IDC does
