Overview of position:

You will support our clients with culture and behaviour change. The role will support strategic client development, partnership and delivery and will report to Client Director – North America and work closely with the North America and global team, including the content and data teams.

Key responsibilities with this role include:

  • Business development. This includes helping develop and maintain relationships with key clients, supporting from lead through to client delivery as well as contributing to public sector bid writing.
  • Leading our North America product offering – this will include BD, creating content, designing materials including surveys and delivering this work to clients.
  • Researching and understanding market trends, demographics, and other relevant information across In Diverse Company’s current and target markets
  • Helping inform our business development approach to ensure that client relationships are driven by our knowledge and thinking
  • Learning content development – working with our content team to develop new ideas and fresh approaches to creating engaging content to help create behaviour change and habit development (both online and offline)
  • Client delivery – this includes but is not limited to; delivery of focus groups, learning content delivery as a lead facilitator, presenting audit findings, and delivering recommendations on what will have measurable impact
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research and thought leadership in the areas of equality, diversity, inclusion, leadership, and wellbeing and disseminating this across our teams
  • Develop ideas for and contribute to thought leadership pieces, white papers, and IDC content

 

Person specification:

  • A clear understanding of and experience in People, Culture and Leadership Development.
  • Experience delivering learning interventions both virtually and face to face
  • Experience in an academic or work environment working with behavioural change in global organisations
  • The ability to work within a start-up environment, support the wider and geographically spread and multifunctional team
  • Ability to develop great relationships with global clients
  • Influencing skills to effectively manage a broad range of both external and internal stakeholders
  • Effective at using O365 to analyse, communicate and present key information from a number of sources and produce engaging and informative presentations/ sharing of ideas both with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent writing and speaking communication skills

 

We are looking particularly for expertise and experience in the following areas:

  • Organisational change
  • Occupational psychology
  • Equity, Diversity and inclusion
  • Experience delivering coaching style sessions and/ or a coaching qualification
  • Experience with public sector tenders and bid writing as well as within the private sector, writing client proposals and presenting the suggested approach to potential clients
  • Experience in (preferably global) organisations where you have been involved in their research and/or ED&I agenda
  • Experience of working with globally dispersed teams
  • Experience of working with external clients and undertaking business development
  • Involvement in designing and leading HR processes and organisational policies
