Overview of position:
This is an exciting and varied role, which has overall responsibility for the management of North America for In Diverse Company. Responsibilities will include:
- Drive partnership strategy, executive relationships, and key initiatives to drive success in North America.
- Provide input and feedback into the sales process for key opportunities
- Present business results and upcoming initiatives each month in the SLT’s monthly business review
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outstanding delivery and support of your teams’ product areas
- Champion key product improvement initiatives through data-driven approaches
- Responsible for revenue retention, growth, and new business for partnership with clients and external third-parties.
- Help differentiate In Diverse Company and our partners with unique joint offerings, go-to-market campaigns, and seamless collaboration.
- Successfully advance and maintain long-term strategic partnerships, as well as business negotiations and contractual agreements as necessary.
- Identify and share outstanding partner best practices and case studies to support our partners.
- Identify key content campaigns that support business development activity and build sustainable partnerships.
- Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that In Diverse Company is taking partner input into account in relevant business and policy decisions.
- Track, analyse and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and our customers.
- International and domestic travel as required.
Person specification:
- Experience of working in HR, Leadership Development, Data / Technology at a Senior level.
- Experience working with a technology products and services
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience building and scaling operational efforts and responsibilities across multiple functional teams.
- Track record of increasing responsibility and getting maximum leverage out of resources and partnerships.
- Proven team leader with highly performing collaborative, matrix teams.
- Partner program management experience.
- Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence others.
- Experience in developing and driving strategy and execution plans
- Experience using data and analysis to create and support business narratives.
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
