The core purpose of HabiTrack™ is to encourage learning and build organisational insight as to how organisations work and how they can be more inclusive. It is designed with a ‘teams first’ principle – by getting individuals to share their learning experiences and work through tasks together, this methodology helps employees learn more effectively.
