There is so much discussion on DEI in the global landscape currently, yet in India progress continues to be made. With Women’s History Month approaching, we look at what actions we must continue to take to support women in the Indian workplace.
To continue to make headway in the Indian corporate landscape, leaders must recognise that inclusion is not just an ethical directive but also something that can be considered purely for its financial and business-related benefits.
While a lot of the organisational research on the business case for DEI based on Eurocentric research, this event will aim to bring to light case studies and examples from the Indian context as to how businesses have benefitted financially from an authentic and consistent commitment to action and supporting women into senior leadership roles.
Join our Executive Leadership roundtable, where we will be joined from CHROs and business leaders, from leading organisations from the IT, Digital and Tech sectors to discuss:
